All products sold by VICINITY REAL STUDIO are digital. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing.
We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if a file is damaged or incorrect and cannot be replaced, a product description was materially inaccurate, or extenuating circumstances occur at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
If you encounter any problem downloading or opening your file, please contact us. We will gladly resend your files, provide compatible formats, or help you troubleshoot. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with your order details and we will review the duplicate transaction and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number, the email used for purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
